Youth and Families
Every child deserves a safe, nurturing home where they can feel value and loved. For more than 20 years, Georgia MENTOR has worked to provide children with emotional and behavioral challenges and disabilities with exactly that.
We offer a range of flexible programs and use a partnership approach to care. This enables us to meet the changing needs of children and families in collaboration with our Mentors and other service providers. As a central partner in a child’s overall treatment team we help to “Bring Caring Closer” and ensure that the best interests of children is the driving force behind everything we do.
Our services for children and their families include:
- Specialty Foster Care
- Medically Complex Foster Care
- Case Management & Coordination
- Crisis Intervention & Support Services
- Relief Support
Individualized Support for Any Challenge
Some of the children we serve come to us from intensive residential settings and need help transitioning into the community. Others have medically complex conditions or intellectual and developmental disabilities and require specialized support. Our goal is to help children of all abilities reach their permanency goals, giving them the stability and support they need to thrive.
