About Us

Georgia MENTOR first opened its doors in 1991 in Atlanta. The Atlanta office provides overall leadership and administrative support for all Georgia MENTOR programs and operations in the state. For more than 20 years, in addition to serving as our state headquarters, the Atlanta office has also provided services to adults and children through our Metro Atlanta – Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and Metro Atlanta – Children Services divisions. We support adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We also offer services for children and teens with emotional and behavioral challenges and medically complex conditions. Our services are designed to provide each individual we serve with the personalized supports they need to thrive in the communities they call home.

If you know someone who would benefit from our services, please contact our office at 470-362-7202, to learn how you can change the life of a child or adult in need.
